LT Metal Conducts Training to Strengthen Employees’ Generative AI Capabilities

LT Metal announced that it is conducting a “Generative AI Business Application Capability Enhancement Program” to improve the productivity of its office employees and strengthen their ability to effectively utilize AI, as the use of generative AI continues to expand rapidly across various business functions.

The training program is being conducted in a total of 10 sessions from July through November. By offering multiple sessions, LT Metal enables employees to participate according to their individual work schedules and departmental circumstances, providing more employees with opportunities to take part in the program.

Under the theme “Business Innovation for Creative Growth of Individuals and Organizations in the AI Era,” the program is designed to provide a systematic learning experience, ranging from a fundamental understanding of generative AI to practical methods for applying AI in day-to-day business operations.

Practical Training on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Prompt Writing

The training covers a wide range of practical applications of major generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Gemini. Employees learn how to use AI for research and information organization, report and document preparation, meeting preparation, idea generation, data organization, and the development of business process improvements.

In particular, the program goes beyond using generative AI simply as a search or question-and-answer tool. Participants learn effective ways to formulate questions and write prompts to generate more relevant and useful results. The program also covers how to review, refine, and adapt AI-generated outputs according to specific business objectives and circumstances, helping employees improve the accuracy and overall quality of their work.

In addition, the training introduces creative problem-solving methods using generative AI, as well as practical strategies for effectively incorporating AI into collaboration within the organization.
